THE GRAPES   —   Pease Pottage

The planning application by Hall & Woodhouse for the above to be developed into housing was dismissed. Subsequently, H & W appealed and the matter came before a Government Inspector.

We are happy to announce that the appeal was also dismissed.

I had occasion to write to the County Times on the 24th May in response to letters published berating Hall & Woodhouse for changing the name of the historic Horsham pub the Green Dragon to The Olive Branch.
