The Sustainable Communities Act is a new law that can help us to save our local community pub.
However, our councils have to opt in to this new legislation and so far some 117 councils have taken the step.

Local areas now opted in are -

Adur District
Brighton & Hove City
Eastbourne Borough
Hastings Borough
Horsham District
Lewes District
Mid Sussex District
Worthing Borough
