5. Bottled beer now includes a Wabi Sabi 4.6% wheat beer brewed for the new Wabi bar restaurant in Horsham.
6. The brewery will have a new fermenter later in the year.

It has been a very busy time at the brewery and the snow did not slow them down as all orders went out on time. They had to make special trips just to pick up empty casks. A new mill has just been put in to replace the old one so that Ray can adjust the rollers for different size malt.
‘Headless Horseman’ is selling well. Trade was up 50% in November and 55% in December. All winter ales were sold out.
Beers to try if you can find them are ‘Yang Metal Tiger’, a wheat beer with added ginger, very pale looking but very nice and ‘Broadwood Wassail’ which was on sale at the White Horse, Maplehurst on Wassail night. February will be the rugby month with ‘Swing Low’ 3.6%, ‘Bread of Heaven’ 4.1%, ‘Molly Malone’ (dark) 4.6%, ‘Flower of Scotland’ 4.7%, ‘Le Coq’ 5.1%, ‘Azuri’ 5.2%, and ‘Grand Slam’ 5.6%.

Brewery is going well and all beers brewed are being sold as soon as they are ready. The new beer, called The Headless Horseman at 4.5%, is very much in demand and the label and pump clip were done by the local school. In October, Ray will have Old Harry and Dreadnought available. The launch of the Old Ale went very well this year and during the evening over 200 pints were drunk, with the local Morris men dancing at the brewery. Pride ‘n’ joy is still being brewed and is one of the best sellers. Ray is also going to do his 12 beers for Christmas. The Big Nibble in Horsham went very well and a lot of contacts were made at the stall in the Drill Hall. Ray has had a few problems with the van he uses breaking down but this has now been sorted.
